Sauna bundle: six 30-minute sessions, never expire · £50
Rolling monthly: eight 30-minute sessions a month (£6 each). Three-month minimum; unused sessions don't roll over · £48 a month

How it works
1. Book online. Every session is booked in advance.
2. Arrive ten minutes early. Park at Bray Lake Watersports, Monkey Island Lane.
3. Heat, plunge, repeat.
4. Before 10am you can take a dip in the lake as part of your booking.
Bring: swimwear, two towels, a water bottle, sliders. Phones stay out of the sauna. Over-16s only; under-18s with an adult.
On site: hot and cold showers, cafe, toilets, parking.
