This is for the ones who get it. The 100 Club is our founding membership tier — limited to 100 people, and once it's gone, it's gone.

For £240 you get;

• 6 months of contrast therapy at half the usual price. Thats 48 credits, each credit is one half hour session.

• A guest pass each month to bring someone into the fold.

• A private sauna on your birthday.

• A community seat is gifted in your name to someone who needs it most — a hospice worker, NHS staff member, firefighter, or charity shop volunteer, teachers, that guy that works in the supermarket who always helps you out, or anyone you wish nominate yourself.

You're not just investing in your own wellbeing, you're helping build something worth being part of.

Cold plunge access is included with every session, and sessions run in 30-minute blocks that can be stacked to suit you. Founding members shape what Tempa becomes — this is your chance to be part of it from the beginning.

Oh and did we say, your Saunas will roll over each month if you don't use them. So if you go on holiday, don't worry they will be there for you when you get back.

For £48 a month you get 8 half-hour sessions to use however works for you — whether that's a regular weekly slot or a few longer visits stacked together. Cold plunge access is included with every session.
At £6 a session, it's one of the most accessible ways to build contrast therapy into your life and feel the benefits week on week — better recovery, clearer headspace, and a community of people who show up for the same reasons you do.
3 month minimum commitment and then a rolling monthly deal. If you want to go deeper, our founding 100 Club tier offers even more for those who want to make Tempa a bigger part of their lives.

Six sessions for £50 — the straightforward way to keep coming back without committing to a monthly membership. Each session runs in 30-minute blocks that can be stacked together to suit you, with cold plunge access included every time. Bundles are valid until your sessions are used, so you work through them at your own pace. A great starting point if you're new to contrast therapy and want to feel the benefits build over time — or a simple top-up if you already know what Tempa does for you.
