Journey to Wellness
At TEMPA we offer intimate sessions in our wood-fired sauna, where natural steam and heat create the perfect environment for relaxation. Each session is designed to help you focus on your breath, presence, and the ritual of slowing down, all within a calm and respectful space where you can truly unwind.
The Sauna and Cold Plunge are included in everybooking.
The lake is available for dipping during the lakes dedicated swim times.
If you wish to swim in the lake you will need to book a swim session through Bray Lake Watersports. You can also book Paddleboarding, Dinghy Sailing, Windsurfing and more!
