Made for

Bring your people

An hour in the heat does what a table in a restaurant can’t: everyone switches off, together.

Birthdays

A different kind of celebration: fire, cold water and your favourite people.

Teams and clubs

Recovery after a race, a training block or a long week, with the bench to yourselves.

Friends and family

Catch up properly, phones in the bag, the lake outside the window.

The afternoon

What’s included

The whole bus and its wood-fired sauna, the cold plunge and the cold showers. Changing rooms are by the bus, with more changing and hot showers in the lake’s clubhouse. Toilets, a café and parking are at Bray Lake Watersports.

Arrive ten minutes early, settle in, and the time is yours. Everyone needs swimwear, two towels, water and sliders.
